100th Post!
Well I'm excited to report that this is my 100th post, and as a typical individual with the sun in Aries, I must say I'm surprised I'm still hanging onto the blogosphere (people with Aries in their charts typically delve into projects head first force strong only for it to diminish just as quickly as it started). Which of course my site has gone for months without a post, however I always seem to come back to it, with strong force once again! I guess there's just way too much work invested here to just let fall off the wayside!
And speaking of work, I'm still on the job hunt. I don't have too much time left to spare; however, it is very important to me at this point that I find work that is personally fulfilling, satisfying, and that I can envision myself in the same place one year from now. And I'm not so sure that I will find it in the area of accounting anymore, unless I do it on my own. (Although I am scheduled for an interview in the middle of next month here.) My resume has become somewhat of a whack-job with all the funny business that goes on in the field of accounting. With every job experience ending negatively because of such, how do you explain that to potential employers? I just can't anymore.
So I give up on aiming high anymore, at this time I want something part-time or temporary, and not with a whole lot of responsibility. As my friend Melissa has recently received her high school diploma (finally!), I've even considered going back to college for a bachelor's degree. I wouldn't mind attending UW-Superior myself. Anyway, something to think about for the year ahead... or maybe another idea ready to exit as quickly as it entered. Either way, wish me luck in my job search!
